Integrated Health Partners is the UK’s first Managed Care Organisation
IHP is the UK’s first Managed Care Organisation. In partnership with local GP groups, we undertake the delivery of healthcare to GP Commissioning Consortia-specified outcomes and budgets. We integrate care across primary, secondary and community settings using methods and techniques we have proven to work in the NHS. Our work is aimed at reducing emergency admissions and bed days, the cost of elective pathways and of prescribing. We provide non-hospital clinical services such as day procedures where appropriate and/or subcontract them from other healthcare providers who meet our quality and cost criteria.
